1. The Waitlist & Early Access

This agreement is between you and AdLib Skin LLC(doing business as “et al.”), the operator of the mobile application TellEtAl. By providing your email address, you are requesting to join the waitlist for the TellEtAl app (the "Service").

  • Early Access: We aim to provide waitlist members with "Early Access" (a soft launch) approximately two weeks before the general public release.
  • No Guarantees: All launch dates, including the early access period, are estimates and subject to change based on technical readiness. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access if technical or capacity limits are reached.
  • Discounts & Rewards: Any promotional discounts or rewards mentioned are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at our sole discretion prior to the official launch.

2. Eligibility & Use

  • You must provide a valid email address to receive waitlist benefits.
  • The waitlist is intended for individual users. We reserve the right to remove any entries that appear to be automated, fraudulent, or duplicate.

3. Beta Testing & Feedback

If you are invited to participate in a soft launch or "beta" period:

  • As-Is Basis: You acknowledge that the app may still contain bugs or errors. Access is provided "as-is" for testing purposes.
  • Feedback License: If you provide suggestions, bug reports, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that information to improve the app without compensation to you.

4. Communication Consent

By signing up, you agree to receive email updates regarding the waitlist, the app launch, and special offers. You can opt-out at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any of our emails. Opting out may result in the loss of your "priority" spot on the waitlist.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, designs, and content on this landing page are the exclusive property of AdLib Skin LLC. You may not use or reproduce our intellectual property without written consent.

6. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdLib Skin LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this landing page, your participation in the waitlist, or the delay/cancellation of the app launch.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app nears its official release. We will notify you of significant changes via the email address you provided.
